What currency is my Primcard?
Primcard is a USD-denominated Visa card.
Can I use Primcard for online purchases?
Yes. Primcard can be used for eligible online card payments where Visa is accepted, subject to applicable merchant, geographical and card-programme restrictions.
Can I use Primcard in stores?
Where supported, you can add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and use it for eligible contactless payments.
Can I use Primcard internationally?
Primcard can be used internationally where the card is supported, subject to merchant, country, transaction and card-programme restrictions.
Where can I see my card balance?
Open the relevant card in your Primcard dashboard.
The balance shown on that card is the amount currently available for spending from that particular card.
What happens if there isn't enough money on my card?
Your card can only spend against the balance already loaded onto that specific card.
Having sufficient funds in your main Primcard wallet does not automatically make those funds available to the card. You need to top up the card before attempting the payment.
