Getting started

What Primcard is, how the virtual USD card works, and how quickly you can get one — no bank account required.

What is Primcard?

Primcard is a virtual USD Visa card that allows you to fund your wallet with USDT, create virtual cards and use the balance loaded onto each card for eligible payments.

How does Primcard work?

You first deposit USDT into your Primcard wallet. From there, you can create a virtual card and choose how much you want to load onto it.

Each card has its own balance. Your Primcard wallet acts as your main balance, while the funds you move onto an individual card become available for spending with that card.

Is Primcard a virtual card?

Yes. Primcard is issued digitally, so there is no physical card to wait for.

Is the card provided through Slash?

Yes. The virtual card currently available through Primcard is provided through the Slash card programme.

Primcard is the platform you use to fund your wallet, create cards, top them up and manage them. Because the underlying card is provided through the Slash programme, you may see Slash referenced in certain card details, mobile wallet screens or card-related processes.

Why might I see Slash instead of Primcard?

Primcard is the platform through which you access and manage your card, while the underlying card is provided through the Slash card programme.

Because of this, Slash may appear when adding your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, or in certain card-related information. This is normal and does not change how you manage your card through Primcard.

How quickly can I get my card?

Once your account is ready and you have sufficient funds in your Primcard wallet, you can create your virtual card directly from your dashboard.

Is Primcard linked to my bank account?

No. Primcard is funded through your Primcard wallet using USDT. You do not need to connect a traditional bank account to fund your card.
