Restricted use

Each payment or attempt at a high-risk platform or category costs a high-risk fee of $30.00. This includes declined attempts and card checks. A declined attempt also costs the decline fee of $1.00.

Merchants can keep retrying a saved card, for example a subscription. Each retry is charged. Remove the card from any of these platforms to stop the charges.

Fees are taken from your wallet. If your wallet does not have enough to pay a high-risk fee:

• The card is frozen until you pay what you owe. Add USDT to your wallet and it unlocks on its own.
• If it is still unpaid after 30 days, the card is blocked for good. Its balance goes back to your wallet and the fee is taken from it.
• Repeated use may lead to the card being blocked straight away.

The card must not be used in, or held by a resident of, these countries:

• Afghanistan
• Belarus
• Central African Republic
• Cuba
• Democratic Republic of the Congo
• Ethiopia
• Guinea-Bissau
• Haiti
• Iran
• Iraq
• Lebanon
• Libya
• Mali
• Myanmar
• North Korea
• Russia
• Somalia
• South Sudan
• Syria
• Venezuela
• Yemen
• Zimbabwe

The card must not be used for:

• Gambling and betting
• Dating
• Cryptocurrencies
• Payment systems and money transfer
• Non-profit organisations and charities
• Cigarettes and tobacco
• Drugs
• Pornography and adult content
• Weapons

A merchant's category is set by its bank and the payment network, not by Primcard. Every payment or attempt in these categories carries the high-risk fee.

These platforms are restricted whatever their merchant category. The list comes from the card programme and can change. A platform that is not listed can still be restricted and charged.
